Which account are you deleting?
Choose the type of account you signed up for in the marchmello app.
How it works

Customer or shop owner — the same account you use in the app.

Enter your ID and email
Your User ID or Shop ID, plus the email address on the account.

Confirm with the emailed code
Nothing is deleted until you enter the 6-digit code we send you.
What gets deleted
Customer accounts
- Profile, login and profile photo
- Points balances at every shop
- Vouchers, orders and reviews
- Friends and point requests
- marchmello+ subscription paid by card — cancelled automatically
Shop owner accounts
- Owner profile and login
- Every shop registered to the account
- Products, photos and loyalty deals
- Orders, and customers' points and vouchers for those shops
- Verification documents — kept securely for up to 12 months, then deleted
What we keep
Only what the law or fraud prevention requires. Payment records are held by our payment provider, Stripe, for UK tax and accounting rules. A shop's verification documents (ID, food registration, hygiene and insurance certificates) are kept securely for up to 12 months, to help prevent fraud and deal with any legal claims, then permanently deleted. Everything else is deleted as soon as you confirm.
Subscribed on iPhone?
Apple bills App Store subscriptions and only you can stop them. Cancel marchmello+ in Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions first, or Apple will keep charging you.
Prefer the app?
You can also delete your account in the app — customers under Profile → Delete account, shop owners under Home → Delete account.
