The marchmello points system is simple to earn, fair to convert, and rewarding to spend. Here's exactly how it works.
Earning
£1 spent = 1 point
Every pound you spend earns one point at that venue, credited when your order is served. Points are tracked per venue, so your wallet shows a balance for every place you've ordered from.

Converting
Move points between venues
This is what makes marchmello different: points earned at one venue can be converted to spend at any other venue in the network. A small conversion fee applies — it starts at 10% and rises gently with the amount, capped at 18%.

Venues publish their own loyalty deals — like 10% off for 15 points. Redeem a deal and it becomes a voucher in your Vouchers section, ready to apply at checkout whenever you like.

When do I get my points?
Points are credited as soon as your order is marked served by the venue. You'll see them appear in that venue's balance in your Points wallet.
Do I earn points on pennies?
Yes — points mirror your spend exactly. Spend £12.50 and you earn 12.50 points.
Why is there a conversion fee?
Points are worth the most at the venue where you earned them — the fee keeps things fair for the venue that gave them to you. It starts at 10% and never goes above 18%. marchmello+ members convert for free.
Where do my vouchers live?
Redeemed vouchers are saved in the Vouchers section of your profile. Apply one at checkout whenever you're ready to use it.
