marchmello is a food-ordering app with a twist: one loyalty wallet shared across every venue in the network. Here's the whole journey, both sides of the counter.

For customers

Browse, order, earn — then spend anywhere

Everything you'd expect from a food app, plus a points wallet that works across the whole high street.

  1. “Find your next local favourite.” — the Explore screen with categories and nearby shops, beside a hygiene rating, a 4.9-star review score and veg and vegan badges.

    Browse local venues

    Find nearby restaurants and cafés, or filter by what you fancy — burgers, pizza, halal, bubble tea and more. Menus come with photos, dietary badges (veg, vegan and more), allergen info and official food hygiene ratings, so you can order with confidence.

  2. “Order ahead. Pay your way.” — checkout with collect, eat in or delivery, paying in the app or at the counter with no service fee.

    Order & pay your way

    Add to your cart, choose collection or — where the venue delivers — delivery, then pay by card or Apple Pay through Stripe, or pay at the counter. Track your order live: placed, accepted, served. Tap “I've arrived” at the venue and they'll know you're there.

  3. “Every pound. A point to enjoy.” — a £12.50 receipt turning into +12.50 points at Café Rosa, with a separate balance for each venue.

    Earn points automatically

    £1 = 1 point at the venue you ordered from, credited the moment your order is served. Spend £12.50 at Café A and 12.50 points land in your Café A balance. Ordering at the counter instead? Give staff your MELLO code and it counts too.

  4. “Coffee points. Pizza possibilities.” — 20 points leaving a café, a 14% fee coming off, and 17.20 points arriving at a pizzeria.

    Convert & redeem

    Move points between venues for a small conversion fee, or spend them on vouchers and reward cards — then apply one at checkout and watch the price drop.

For owners

Register, sell, and reward loyalty

Join the network and turn one-time visitors into regulars — including customers who earned their points somewhere else.

  1. “Your shop. Their next favourite.” — adding products with photos, prices and dietary badges, and a set-up checklist that ends with connecting Stripe.

    Register your venue

    Set up your restaurant or café in the app and get discovered by local customers. List your menu with photos, prices, dietary and allergen info, and pick the categories customers find you under.

  2. “Orders in. Kitchen in sync.” — a new order on the owner's phone and the same orders on the kitchen board, each with a Finish button.

    Take orders, get paid

    Receive live orders on your phone or the web kitchen board and serve them at your own pace — for collection, or delivered by your own drivers. Ring up walk-in customers on the web till, and get paid for app orders directly through Stripe.

  3. “Create a deal. Welcome a regular.” — setting up a 10% off deal that costs 50 points, with followers notified.

    Run loyalty deals

    Publish point-based deals, a stamp card (buy 6, get the 7th free), a members-only offer for marchmello+ subscribers, reward cards like buy-one-get-one-free, and a reward regulars unlock by spending with you. Because points convert across venues, your deals attract customers from the entire network.
